6. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the
scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business
and the circumstances of the claim.
Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000
and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.

If you wish to know what information we hold about you, write, in the first instance, to Customer Services. This may be subject to a fee of £10.
Your details will be passed to the Insurer from whom you purchase cover. Insurers also pass data to approved organisations for underwriting and fraud prevention purposes. The Insurer may also use your information to update their, own records.
Communications may be monitored or recorded to ensure a consistent and high level of service.
The information that you have supplied, or will supply, in connection with quotations obtained and policies effected through this website, forms the basis of your application for insurance. You must check and agree that this information is correct. In the event of a claim, or upon request, you must be able to substantiate all of the details that you have provided.

When we deal with your request for insurance, we may search these registers.

Quotations issued online are guaranteed, based on the information provided, for 7 days from when they are issued, after which they will automatically expire. Quotations issued via email are guaranteed, based on the information provided, for 7 days from the date of the quotation. We reserve the right to withdraw quotations before they are taken up and to apply any changes notified to us by the underwriters after the quotation was given.
You can expect to receive policy documentation and insurance certificates for purchased insurance policies within 15-30 days via post. No delivery charges apply.
